Cross-training for the whole child.
Help athletes develop a custom Yoga practice for cross-training that compliments their particular sport and improves strength, flexibility, balance, focus and mindset on a physical, emotional and psychological level.
Mindfulness in Motion for PE
Our goal is to create happy, healthy students through a comprehensive Yoga practice that cultivates physical, mental, emotional and psychological stability. Our Yoga program uses Social-Emotional Learning principles and mindful practices to improve confidence and overall well-being by teaching self-respect, leadership, self-regulation techniques and a positive mindset.
Trauma-Informed Yoga/Mindfulness for At-Risk Youth
Safe Haven is an 8-week 60-minute group trauma-informed mindfulness program for at-risk youth to develop social-emotional wellness from the inside-out. By creating a physically, emotionally and culturally safe experience, individuals will cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion and self-regulation to foster resilience, confidence and healthy connections.
