Activate Your Superpower Camp: 1st-3rd Grade

Welcome to our Activate Your Superpower Camp, June 3-6, for 1st through 3rd graders, where children embark on an unforgettable journey of self-discovery and empowerment!

Led by Phyllis Smith, RCYT (Registered Children's Yoga Teacher), children will explore and unleash their inner superpower through a dynamic blend of yoga, creative arts and activities, exciting challenges, and the joy of making new, extraordinary friends.

Campers will discover who they are and who they want to become. Throughout the week, campers will delve into Live Free Mindfully's Four Pillars to Empowerment: Strong Mind, Brave Heart, Wise Body, and Noble Spirit. Each day will be dedicated to one of these pillars, offering a holistic approach to self-discovery and empowerment. They will learn  social-emotional practices to help them manage stress, and face challenges with greater ease and confidence.

From energizing yoga sessions to engaging creative projects, thrilling group challenges, and thought-provoking discussions, our camp curriculum is carefully crafted to inspire curiosity, confidence, and compassion in every child.

Nestled in a safe and welcoming environment at Christ United Methodist Church, Live Free Mindfully's Activate Your Superpower Camp is designed to nurture each child's unique strengths and talents while promoting personal growth and resilience.

On the fourth day, parents are invited to join us at 11:00 am for a special showcase, where they can witness firsthand the incredible growth and accomplishments of their child. It's a heartwarming opportunity to celebrate together and discover how their little child's superpower has emerged and flourished throughout the week.
